ESP has announced the signature Kirk Hammett LTD White Zombie guitar. Hammett is a well known horror movie enthusiast and this guitar has used by Kirk at several recent Metallica concerts. The guitar was announced at this year’s Comic-Con International at the ESP/ Famous Monsters of Filmland booth. The guitar’s specification is based on Hammett’s signature series LTD KH-602 model, with EMG pickups and a Floyd Rose bridge.
This limited edition guitar is a result of a partnership between ESP, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett, and Lugosi Enterprises (with whom ESP collaborated on the 2012 LTD Bela Lugosi “Tales From the Grave” model). Its graphic art finish is based on the famous 1932 horror film “White Zombie”.
