The inspiration for the Astrojet version 2.0 was the 1964 Astro-Jet from Gretsch®. Eastwood Guitars have made a few improvements over the original design, namely using a Bigsby tremolo (optional) rather than the old 60’s Burns model, and changing the middle switch from 3-way tone (mid/bass/treble) to a coil tap for a more versatile guitar.

    lol this guitar was sold? where ? never saw one for sale used? they must be like the messenger very few made not many sold so they dont make more? strange eastwoods logigc to sell some longer than others and make way to many baritones that just sit while we wait for used atrojets and messengers and so forth
