Introducing the Relish Jane an innovative and unconventional new guitar made in Switzerland. Wired magazine went so far as to say “if Apple were to make an electric guitar it would look like this”…

Founded in 2010 in Lucerne Switzerland, by Pirmin Giger and Silvan Kung, Relish Guitars have developed what is being called an e-Guitar with it’s minimalist design and modern features such as the touch sensor pickup selectors

The guitar’s body is a semi-hollow construction made up of an aluminum frame capped by a wood veneer on the front and back. The bridge is part of the aluminum frame

Relish Guitars has done away with the typical 3-way-switch for selecting between pickups and instead opted for a touch sensor system hidden below the wood veneer which allows you to mute the guitar without turning off the volume control. LED lights show if the pickups are switched on or off.
