This is my guitar I have the best of the best regarding Gibson, fender,Prs,Musicman, and any other American or other brand you care to mention. The bare knuckle pups in this guitar were specially matched for this guitar as I’ve allready said above. I have probably the best of the best with every guitar maker available. Acoustic aswell as electric but this guitar covers more ground than any other, she can be the the baddest dirtiest fucker you ever came across to the most perfect little house on the prairie guitar you ever came across. But any of your options are covered!!! There’s little between heaven and& hell but this guitar has it covered here. With kindest regards Scotty.

On picture : a Peerless renaissance Custom model. This is NOT the Renaissance custom “40th anniversary” model.

The 40th ann. model has major visual change : there is no more inlays than a “40” in the 12th fret …
    Other specs changes are :
    – all hardware is 24ct glod plated,
    – the pickups are not the Epiphone ’57 alnico5 as on photo, but are BKP handwound alnico2 pickups,
    – this model has been built in 50 pieces only. Doubt you’ve got one… Not for players this product, but for guitar collectors mainly.

I’ve got no 10 of the 50 that were made it’s a players guitar from jazz to rock this guitar has the bases covered and you are correct the Bareknuckle Humbuckers were specifically made for Peerless from Bareknuckle the pickup covers are 24ct gold plated and it does just have a 40 at the twelve fret if anything you have to be careful with this guitar as it’s light as a feather and would be easily damaged but the sound from the guitar clean or overdriven sounds awesome.its not built like a fender Strat that’s for sure,if it dropped it would do damage. Peerless have some top notch Archtop Guitars there that good Martin Taylor has endorsed them if that’s not a high enough praise for a guitar maker then I don’t know what is

Hi, I just bought a used Peerless Renaissance Custom 40th anniversary – I do have “40” in the 12th fret. Do all 40th renaissance anniversary guitars have the Bareknuckle Humbuckers? I see from the comments above that there were only 50 made – My serial number is PE3040542. Is this indicative of the serial numbers of 1-50 of the 40th anniversary made?
