The Epiphone Ltd. Ed. Wildkat KOA features a solid KOA top, a legendary Bigsby B70 Vibrato, and a Mahogany body in a beautiful Natural finish that’s computer-routed to create a perfectly tuned acoustic guitar-like body but with a “center block” just like the Sheraton II PRO and ES-335. The Mahogany neck has dot inlays, a 24.75″ scale, and a 1960s style SlimTaper profile that’s easy on the hands for long hours of performing and rehearsing. The classic Rosewood fingerboard has a 12″ radius and a standard 1.69″ nut. The Wildkat’s headstock features Epiphone’s early 60’s “bullet” badge, seen on rare models from the early 60s including the very first Casino in 1961. Grover Rotomatic machine heads with an 18:1 ratio make for fast and accurate tuning.

The Ltd. Ed. Wildkat KOA features a P-90R Dogear Classic in the rhythm position and a slightly hotter P-90T Dogear Classic in the lead position. For generations, artists like The Beatles, Gary Clark Jr., and Radiohead have revered P-90 pickups for their wide tonal range. The Wildkat KOA’s P-90R Dogear Classics are powered by a master volume control, individual volume controls, and a master tone control with 500K potentiometers and black “Top Hat” knobs.
